Sujit Choudhry is a firm believer of the fact that as the world is progressing in various aspects, there is a systematic need for making significant changes in the constitution of emerging democracies as well. Recently, Sujit Choudhry gave an interview to the senior editor of CEOCFO online Magazine, Lynn Fosse, where he discussed the idea and concept of comparative law, the thoughts behind founding Center for Constitutional Transitions, and his life and career. He began with saying that as his parents were professors and traveled in many different countries, it gave him the opportunity to look carefully and understand the social and cultural fabric of different countries. Sujit Choudhry has spoken on the subject of comparative law in many international events and forums, and his research and speech are considered a reference by many. Sujit Choudhry has also written many books on the subject of law and has over 90 publications written by him, including book chapters, reviews, articles, and papers.
